Growing up in the car business at his parent’s dealership since 1982 Kelly has always gravitated to the business. Kelly has lived in Simi Valley with his wife and son for the last 12 years. Kelly is active in the community serving on the board of directors for the Simi Valley YMCA chapter and was appointed to serve on the Neighborhood Council District #2. Kelly enjoys giving back to the community through many charitable donations and participates in many worthwhile causes. Kelly enjoys boating, waterskiing, dirt bike riding and coaching his son’s soccer and basketball teams.

Andy joined K&J Auto Exchange back in the first year of the business opening and has 11 years of car industry experience. Andy enjoys building cars and motorcycles as a hobby. Andy raced bikes as a child at the Simi BMX track. Born in Northridge Andy is a Southern California native with five siblings. Andy collects guitars and plays guitar in the band Dirty Deuces. Andy is a strong advocate for animal rescue and has two of his own pound puppies. Andy collects coins, enjoys cooking and fishing.

Jose Hernandez Bringing more than 30 years of car industry experience to the team. Jose is a true talent. Born in Los Angeles, Jose has spent the majority of his life in Southern California raising his family. Jose attended Hillside Junior High School in Simi Valley giving him long standing ties to the community. Jose’s hobbies include classic rock, reading, NASCAR, taking scenic rides on his Harley and camping with his family. Spending time with family and friends and spoiling the grandkids are his favorite pass times.

Monte joined the K&J Auto Exchange team in 2010 and has proven himself as a great asset to the company. Monte was born and raised in Simi Valley and attended Simi Valley High School. His great work ethic and strong community foundation bring a wealth of knowledge to our Simi Valley location. Monte enjoys traveling, movies and staying active with regular exercise to stay fit. Monte is family oriented and gives back to the community through many volunteer projects. Monte can be seen at many community events.

Isela joined the team in early 2011 and brings a wealth of knowledge to the office administration. Starting her career in the auto industry in 2000 she has managed the back office for multiple car related businesses with much success. Isela enjoys staying active by going to the gym and really likes taking her dogs out for walks. Isela is very family oriented spending quality time with family. Her hobbies are cooking and going out to the movies.
